Does The Shitz smell bad?
This has always been the biggest question we get with The Shitz, and the answer is No! While it does have a strong earthy smell, similar to black earth, both the Growth and Bloom blend can be used indoors as well. By using only so-called “cold” manures only, all our products are dry and sold to you by weight, other companies sell “hot” manures sold only by volume because most of it is moisture. This means the composting of the manure is not finished yet, thus making it have a bad smell and cannot be used indoors. We use only the finest grade of ingredients and all are processed through Ozone Sterilization systems before being packaged.
What makes The Camel's Farm organics a better way?
All products are organic and natural, and can be used safely around pets. We use only by-products (no pun intended) from other industries, and this has a much lower carbon footprint to produce then chemical fertilizers. Also, you know what you are buying at The Camel’s Farm, there is no hidden ingredients or some unpronounceable man-made chemical compounds in any of our products.

How soon will my order be processed and shipped?
All secure online credit card orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours of receiving them. Upon approval of your order, your order will go to the packing department and then on to the shipping department. Order speed depends upon world geographic, so although most orders will arrive within 9-10 business days of there shipping date, please do allow for 4-6 weeks for delivery. Do you accept returns or can I get a refund?
If you are unsatisfied in any way you have six months to return your product for a full refund, minus the shipping costs.
